This is a collaboration mod or game of Openbor. It is titled, Unelmia: Dreamers Fate. Yes. I am known as maxman, from Lavalit. I have a collab with taskmaster. Please don't get mixed up with names of my friend and partner, taskmaster, and that guy, taskmaster0.

And here what taskmaster (a.k.a. Contress) said:

Hello everybody. I have released an updated version of the demo, Unelmia. The game is created by Ermax619, and the head of the project, taskmaster. In this tech demo, it includes in the following:

UPDATES:
-New look of JJ sprites
-Attack added
-Double jump enabled
-1 enemy added

Doom, there will be more if anyone wants to participate the enemy sprite competition as I plan to host. I'm going to host the contest for enemy sprites so that whoever wins the sprite contest, winners will create their own enemies fully for this project. If you want to see more, I encourage you to join the sprite competition just to see which enemy character will enter for the game.

Lando, I hope you let me know your thoughts after you play it. You let me know.

I think when time comes. I'm not sure when to start, but when I finish my writing for the competition, I will let you know so I will start announcing it. Excahm`s sh*tty opinion X_x

+Simple but good looking sprites.
+The background fit the floor but it could be better.
+A nice and very likely and nostaligic BGM that reminds me to the Snes games =D.

-Gameplay is very very easy but the jump need some work because you can fall offten of the plataform whe you jump :/

Hell i like the game style!!!!

Dude, I did the coding myself but with the help from the person who's the master of OpenBOR. :) Also, I did the sprite editing on the main character, but not the enemy.

Yeah, Taskmaster did the tiling on the background though. I think there must be one flaw on the background but I can change it if you point out and now I remember that I'm using the one he originally made for me. I was fixing the background but I didn't put it in the game.

Did you press jump twice? If you did press, then there would be no problem.

alrighty then.. i gave my thoughts at Atlas as well. so its pretty much the same.

I actually didnt have much a problem with the jumping but you definetly have to time those suckers! which brings back alot of the megaman jumping style from first games. cool idea.

the enemy is cool and only problem i had is you actually will go through the enemy at times while attacking and it be on the other side. thats hapened quite a few times but i think it depended on where i started my attack. not sure but it was cool,. just may need a cool tweak.

the BGM is perfect for me. def good tune.

the character animation is on point!

the stage definetly could and i believe will use more stuff in it ( different kinds of jump platforms, walk paths,grab stuff for extra points, health stuff, varied enemies , etc), but i think you guys will have all that wrapped up great when full release, its just one stage so i didnt take it seriously as it was done cause there is room for more added but it was good as is in the demo. those timed double jumps was testin me big time! lol i like that!

everything scrolled well when moving so that is beautiful.


overall it was a great start demo. a very cool Platformer this can and will be . Looking forward to more! Congrats guys!

Lando bro, that's true. I made him (JJ) do timing his punches to have emotion. I was inspired from some of the games that have timing I think. (Can't remember.)

We'll see about that 'cause Task is the lead for the project. But there will be more when it gets completed (or something).
